Real Estate Instructor, Principal Broker
Tim is the Owner/ Principal Broker of Realty Brokers of Arkansas and has many years of real estate experience. Since 1997, he has worked in subdivision development, home sales, and also commercial properties (construction). He has also served people since 1986 as a Baptist Pastor, and has two theological degrees. He has mentored school kids in FIRST® Robotics since 2008, and is a supporter of the Arkansas Baptist Children's Homes in Monticello, AR, and the Arkansas Sheriffs' Youth Ranches, as well as other human relief organizations.
Education is a vital part of Tim's growth and success. Tim loves helping people network together to help each other and to develop partnerships that make a difference. Tim says the most important book he has ever read is the Holy Bible. Another very influential book in Tim's life has been "See You At the Top" by Zig Ziglar, and also "Wild at Heart" by John Eldredge.
He is "very-married" to his "One-&-Only" sweet wife, Annelle, and they have 3 adult children. They celebrate three decades of marriage. Tim loves the outdoors with family and friends and is a General Class License Ham Radio operator.
