BROKER Post-License Education (30 hrs.) IN PERSON (Dec. 14-16)THERE IS ALSO A ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS HERE A new broker must complete the 30 classroom hour AREC post-licensure course within 6 months after the date the individual was initially licensed. Newly licensed brokers requesting status as an Executive or Principal Broker must satisfy the post-licensure requirement before such status is granted. Salesperson (18 hrs.) Post-License Education IN PERSON (Dec 17-18)THERE IS ALSO A VIRTUAL VIA ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS HERE The AREC post-license requirement for a new salesperson is 18 classroom hours and must be taken within 6 months after the date the individual was initially licensed. The Salesperson Post License 18 classroom hours consist of the following three 6-hour modules - Agency & Disclosure, Contracts, Contracts to Close.
