BROKER Post-License Education (30 hrs.) IN PERSON (March 16-18)THERE IS ALSO A ZOOM OPTION AVAILABLE FOR THIS CLASS HERE A new broker must complete the 30 classroom hour AREC post-licensure course within 6 months after the date the individual was initially licensed. Newly licensed brokers requesting status as an Executive or Principal Broker must satisfy the post-licensure requirement before such status is granted. This 3-day class meets on the following dates from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm each day:
