Over six modules\, participants will learn about current AI tools\, their applications in real estate\, and the legal responsibilities that Ar kansas licensees must uphold when leveraging these technologies. Hands-on activities\, case studies\, and Arkansas-specific regulatory references ar e incorporated to reinforce learning. By the end of the course\, agents an d brokers will be equipped to responsibly integrate AI into their practice in ways that enhance efficiency without violating Arkansas Real Estate Co mmission (AREC) rules or state/federal laws. Real Estate Safety: (1 cred it hr.) Licensees must obtain seven hours (7) of continuing education annually to renew an active real estate license for the upcoming calendar year.
