Broker applicants must complete sixty (60) hours of real estate education, of which forty-five (45) hours must be the Arkansas Real Estate Commission developed Broker Pre-License Education course.

This Broker Pre-Licensure course meets 3 days each week for 2 weeks, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm, on the following dates:

• Wed - Fri, July 5-7
• Wed - Fri, July 12-14

• Broker professional practices, ethics, and etiquette
• Components of real estate brokerage practice

The Arkansas real estate broker applicant experience requirement is:

A valid real estate salesperson’s license issued by the Commission, or by holding a valid real estate salesperson’s license or broker’s license issued by the appropriate licensing agency of another state, for a period of not less than twenty four (24) months within the previous forty eight (48) month period immediately preceding the date of application.
